I show up as my whole self, shadow, light, and truth. Nothing more, nothing less.
Hi, I’m Michele Fulton, and I’m really glad you’re here.
I was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, shaped by childhood trauma, close family bonds, and resilience. I spent over 22 years in the DMV area, gathering life lessons, relationships, and experiences that would eventually lead me back to myself. Sacred lessons revealed themselves through unions that were never meant to remain. In 2021, I followed a deeper inner calling and relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina . A move that marked the beginning of a new chapter rooted in healing, clarity, and alignment.
I am now married to my best friend, and today we live a quiet, intentional life in the mountains with our two fur babies. It’s a life built on unconditional love, presence, mutual respect, laughter, and peace. These are things I once believed were out of reach.
For much of my life, I lived as a deeply co-dependent person. I learned the hard way through toxic relationships, unhealthy family dynamics, and the slow erosion that comes from abandoning yourself to keep others comfortable. I know what it feels like to be labeled, misunderstood, and trapped in cycles of self-doubt and self-loathing. I also know what it takes to break free.
That journey, although messy, painful, and ultimately liberating; is what led me to become a Life Coach and Speaker.
Today, I specialize in helping others disentangle themselves from narcissistic connections, co-dependency, and the false identities they’ve been handed or forced to wear. My work is about reclaiming your voice, your worth, and your inner authority. Not by becoming someone new, but by remembering who you were before the world told you otherwise.
I believe healing happens when compassion meets honesty. When shadow is acknowledged alongside light. And when you’re finally given permission by yourself, to choose peace without guilt.
If you’re here, chances are something inside you already knows it’s time. And I’d be honored to walk beside you as you find your way home to yourself.
Mission Statement
Harmony of Shadows exists for the ones who were made to feel crazy, broken, and alone. I give language to what was done to you, light to the path out of it, and living proof that the life waiting on the other side is more beautiful than anything you have been allowed to imagine. I do not just believe in your healing. I have already lived it.

Coming home to who you actually are. Not the version of you that was shaped by someone else’s manipulation.

Then that’s the right answer, and I will agree with you. I do not need every client. I need the right clients. If you are not ready there is no shame in that. Sometimes the bravest thing to do is to wait until you are truly ready to do the work. I will always respect that.

The first result you will see is language. In your first session, whether it’s a Discovery Call or A Soul Check-In. You will suddenly have words for the things you have been carrying without understanding.
-
This is one of the most honest questions anyone can ask, and it deserves an honest answer. Healing is not linear and it does not have a finish line. What is does have are milestones. The day you finally have language for what happened to you. The day you stop blaming yourself. The day you realize you trust your own instincts again. The day you wake up and your first thought is not about them.
It depends on how long you were in it, how deep the conditioning went, and what kind of support you have around you. What I can tell you from personal experience is this - the right support accelerates everything. I spent years trying to piece this together alone. When I finally understood what I was in, everything shifted faster than I expected.

No. And this is important to understand before you take the first step. The work I do inside HOS is not about dwelling in the pain. It is about understanding it well enough to move through it.
You will talk about what happened. You will name it. You will look at it clearly, probably for the first time. But you will do all of that with me in your corner. Someone who has survived the same darkness and knows exactly how to guide you through without leaving you stuck inside it.
