Memberships & Digital Content

Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

Paid Memberships

  • Membership fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on your selection).

  • You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings.

  • Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

  • No refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

Coaching & Services

  • Payments for coaching sessions or packages are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Missed sessions or late cancellations may be forfeited at the discretion of Harmony of Shadows.
