HOS Collective Energy Pull for this Month

Walk Away

  • Something/Someone is not interacting with you in ways that serve you best. Intentions are not aligned with you standing in the fullness of your truth and power. You’ve offered away too much of your precious energy already.

  • Breaking soul ties is the process of releasing emotional, energetic, or spiritual attachments that keep you connected to someone even after the relationship has ended. It involves reclaiming your emotional space, letting go of lingering influence, and restoring your sense of inner autonomy. As the tie dissolves, your energy, clarity, and personal boundaries begin to return

  • Getting out of your head when it’s time to walk away means recognizing when overthinking is keeping you stuck in a situation your inner clarity has already outgrown. Instead of analyzing every detail or searching for more proof, you honor what your body and intuition are signaling. Sometimes peace comes not from understanding everything, but from choosing yourself and moving forward.

When your soul asks for more than a collective message, a personal reading becomes a sacred mirror. Book a Luminous Whisper or Veiled Echoes Tarot Reading for one-on-one guidance, where your energy, questions, and inner knowing are held with care and translated into meaningful insight.

There comes a point in healing where chaos no longer feels romantic.

It feels exhausting.

Choosing stability is not about becoming boring.
It’s about becoming regulated.

It’s when:

  • You stop mistaking intensity for connection.

  • You stop chasing conversations that spike your adrenaline.

  • You stop confusing unpredictability with passion.

  • You no longer need emotional highs to feel alive.

Stability is not the absence of fire.
It is the presence of clarity.

What Choosing Stability Looks Like

Someone tries to pull you into drama.

You feel the hook.

You notice the old urge to respond quickly, to defend, to correct, to escalate.

And instead…

You pause.
You breathe.
You choose a slower tone.
Or you choose silence.

Not because you’re weak.

Because you’re done performing survival.

Reflection for This Month

Where in my life am I still choosing intensity over safety?

What would shift if I trusted calm more than adrenaline?

This month I’ve been sitting with what it truly means to choose stability. Not the kind that looks perfect on the outside. The kind that feels regulated on the inside. I’ve noticed how easy it is to mistake intensity for alignment, or urgency for importance. And I’ve had to ask myself, gently and honestly: Do I want peace, or do I just want familiar adrenaline? Choosing stability has meant responding slower. Saying less. Not defending myself when I could. Letting things be quiet instead of dramatic. It hasn’t always felt exciting — but it has felt clean. Clear. True. I’m realizing that stability isn’t boring… it’s powerful. It’s what happens when you stop negotiating your nervous system for the sake of old patterns. And this month, I’m choosing that steadiness — even when it feels unfamiliar.

With love and presence,
